Where do you own a AirBnB in the triangle?

I understand Raleigh has certain regulations, but where are investors currently running AirBnBs nearby?

Hi Tom, I currently have an Airbnb in NW Raleigh, not too far from airport. I've been doing it for about a year now. When Raleigh decided to make some changes last year it really didn't hurt business. Raleigh officials put up a couple small hurdles because people some homeowners complained about noise from parties and a some rentals. Here's an article on what they changed.

I have some investors that have AirBnBs all over Raleigh.  Of course location is everything.  Anything close to downtown, North Hills, Brier Creek, Etc.  If you need any contractor, cleaning crews, etc. I am happy to help.

@Tom Keller how does your actual revenue compare to the projections on Rentalyzer?https://www.airdna.co/vacation-rental-valuationI'm trying to dive deep on just how much Airbnb's can make in the Raleigh market. My wife and I would love to run one (maybe convert one of our SFH rentals) but I'm skeptical they will make as much as this site suggests.
