Just arrived in Raleigh
My wife and I just arrived in Raleigh last night. We have renters in our house back in Portland. We are looking to buy a 3/2 here in Raleigh that we can later turn into our second rental. We plan to resume being Airbnb hosts with this house until we move on to the next BRRRR house in a year or so. Staying in temp housing until we find something. We are looking forward to getting to know this market and building and serving a local network of RE professionals.

You came at a good time. My wife and I moved to Raleigh, NC a year and a half ago. We really enjoy the area. We came here to start a family and it really seems like this area supports that life style personally.
