Moving to Greensboro
I am currently re-locating to Greensboro for a job. I am interested in picking up some buy/hold properties out there, but have very little knowledge about the market there. How would you describe the current market there? Any information that you can give me would be helpful. Is there any realtors that you would recommend to show me the ropes?
