Columbus Meet Up - A Brit in Ohio
Hi All,
I hope you are well. I'm a Brit, living in NYC who currently owns 5 investment properties between the UK and Brooklyn. My day job in Sales takes me all over the US, but in the last 18 months I have visited Ohio 30+ times and driven to almost every corner of the state meeting with School Districts. I feel comfortable enough with the region to think there is some great potential in the Columbus area for long term buy and hold rental properties. I would love to meet up for coffee or a beer when I am in town in May to discuss the local Columbus real estate market and meet any fellow real estate enthusiasts.
