What kind of deal are you looking to structure? We close either with private or hard money but for locally i've talked to union savings, fahey bank, and a few others. if you are out of state a lot of banks won't like that. Ironically telhio credit union is good too.

I agree with @Adam Fansler

My dad has worked with Thomas and has great things to say about him. I have also heard Fahey Bank recommended and recently was introduced to Robert Eggleton and at Your State Bank and Robert Slaven at My First City Bank for commercial loans.

I like Union Savings.  I am also starting to build a relationship with CF Bank.  I am doing my first transaction with them right now.  They will do 1-4 Family Investment loans with 30 year 5/1 ARM.  Send me a PM.  Thanks,
