Recommend an REI-friendly Accountant?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have a good, REI-friendly accountant they can recommend? I'm just starting out, in contract on my first property...so I don't necessarily need all the bells and whistles. But do need to meet briefly with someone very soon.

One CPA is all you need. And the good news is that the professional does not need to be in your state of residence or in a state that you own property.

Many CPA's work with investors all over the country. I would prioritize real estate specialty over geographic proximity.
