House Hacking Strategies
I've asked a few questions in the past that are similar to this topic, but I wanted anyones opinion on what they think is the best house hacking strategy to do in Columbus. I've mainly seen the single family rent by room or the multifamily strategy, but also have seen people that rent out parts of their house as an Airbnb. What do you guys think is the best strategy for this area?
