Getting a STR permit in Columbus Ohio

Hi! I'm looking for some advice here from some STR pros in Columbus Ohio. I have two units that I plan on putting on Airbnb but I'm stuck at getting the permit to list them. The unit is not my primary residence and I see that, that is one of the requirements for permit? Am I mistaken?

Hello I would recommend reaching to Ben Vail who manages a ton of airbnb in town.
