West Cleveland/Cayuga County - Eviction & Non-Payment Info

Hi All, Does anyone know where I can get information on the eviction and non-payment of rent process? Here in San Francisco we post 3 day notices after the lease agreement grace period concludes, and if it doesn't cure we file an Unlawful Detainer and wait for MSC (Mandatory Settlement Conference). This I know is by far not the norm, since the SF rent control is one of the most powerful in the country. Where's a good place to read about Cayuga County? I haven't done any research and figured I'll ask. Thanks in advance.
