Looking to purchase Fix & Flip properties
I currently have a couple long term rentals and am now looking to add flipping to my portfolio. I am looking in the Cleveland and/or Akron areas. I haven't been able to find any wholesalers in my area so figured I would reach out here. I have the funds available, but am having some trouble finding good deals. Would love some feedback and/or resources to help me find some deals! Thanks

Marketing, marketing, marketing.....Market has rebounded lot more flippers than deals available.
