Lake County OH Target Property Lists

Is anyone scouting for properties in Lake County OH and if so, what are you using to generate your list of properties to target?  I'm trying to locate a delinquent tax list on the counties website, but I'm not having any luck.  I've been utilizing the delinquent tax list that Cuyahoga County publishes to write letters and was hoping to implement a similar strategy for Lake County.
