Places to Look for Apartment Owner Lists

Hello All,

I currently invest in small multi-family properties (2 - 4 units) in the Cleveland area, but I'm trying to get into the apartments market (5+ units).  I need to know the owner's name and address so I can start a direct mail campaign. I'm looking for either a public records database or a pre-screened list I can buy.  Does anyone know a good source for these?
