Thoughts on Syndications?
I was wondering what people's thoughts on syndications and joint ventures are.
- Do people generally think they are a good idea?
- Are they more or less risky than investing as an individual and do they add enough value?
- How do you do due diligence and go about establishing trust?
- Does syndications make more sense if investors and properties span multiple states/locales?
