Looking for a fourplex!
Hello! My husband and I are beginning our real estate investing journey, and we're currently searching for a fourplex where we can live in one unit and rent out the other three. We'd like to stay within 15-20 minutes of my husband's job in downtown Cincinnati and spend under $240,000. The issue we're running into is that inventory on the MLS is limited, and we're not sure how to find an owner who is willing to sell.
