New out of state/remote investing, to buy and hold in Cincinnati

Hi everyone,

Great to be part of this amazing community.  I'm an investor in South Florida, but looking to purchase SF or MF turn-key/occupied properties in Cincinnati Ohio.  I'd truly love to connect with anyone who knows the areas well.  

Any advice of where to invest or more specifically where to NOT invest?   These properties are for cash-flow primarily, hoping for B/C class neighborhoods. Nothing where my tenants are living in a warzone.
