Building Spec Homes (Greater Cincinnati)
Has anyone had any experience in developing property for a new spec home? I am comfortable with the construction aspect to this, but need do some research on how to "make the numbers work" and the financial side of this. I was wondering if there were any good resources for someone interested in getting started in this. I would mostly be looking at property in NKY, but open to Ohio as well. Thanks
