Anyone on here have experience with investing in student housing (multiplexes) in Bowling Green?  Interested in the pro's and con's from someone who has at least dabbled in this arena.

I've heard that the market is dominated by two management companies down there. One is Mecca Management. It's very competitive. Wood county taxes are also spiking up this year and quite frankly all the time. It is doable but expect a lot of competition. I've heard a lot of people do well there. BG is kind of in the middle of nowhere so it'd be a place where students want to live rather than commute.
