Property Manager Cost

Any one know the common price range for property managers here in Akron? I'm trying to start house hacking (with FHA or 203k loans) with the eventual goal of refinancing properties I acquire and then let property management take over

@Christopher Blanco  what would make you think that a PM is not interested in your success? I get what you are thinking but I see a lot of folks on here spin these "here's how my perfect  model is going to work" scenarios when they have zero knowledge of how property management even works. PM's get paid to perform tasks just like you do in your job. If the owner buys a crappy property that needs more maintenance then you can bet the PM is going to have to work more to handle that. More work = more money spent.  Crappy properties attract crappy tenants. Crappy tenants = more work. More work=more money spent.  No perfect system is going to get around that.
