University of Akron - Leasing Season
Hi guys, I bought my first University of Akron apartments mid-late last year and I was wondering from anyone with UofA student leasing experience, when the main leasing window starts and ends? From what I've gathered it's somewhere around March-June? When do you see leasing for the next school year really start to kick up? Thanks!
