What is your experience in renting to the AF population around Tinker AFB? I've rented to USMC personnel in the past, which was "okay"... a few hiccups, but nothing catastrophic (thankfully). Any horror stories from renting to the AF population out there? Anything I should look out for? Always appreciate the feedback from you all. Thanks!
