Recommended Inspectors in OKC
Good evening, OKC BPers!
I'm under contract on a live-in flip in OKC. I intend to go with the following for inspections, but please let me know if anyone has had any negative experiences with these companies.
Betchan Home Inspections (home inspection)
Mosquito Militia (termite inspection)
The Mold Consultant (air quality check. There were some water issues a bit ago and want to verify nothing is hiding)
180 Pool Solutions (pool inspection. never had a pool on a property before, I have no idea what to look for)
Village Inspection (sewer scope)
