Landlord Insurance Companies/Quotes

Hi everyone! I have a duplex under contract right now and was curious what companies you guys use for landlord insurance. Purchase price is $58,500.

I'm hoping to buy another duplex in a month or two, assuming my financials are good enough with my lender.

I use @Johnathan Pannes (Broker) for my rentals. Got me a better rate than All-State (who has my Primary/Autos/Umbrella.
