Any General Contractors in Oklahoma City?

Question

Anyone have a recommendation for a general contractor working in Oklahoma City? I'm looking for someone that preferably has had experience working with investors on rehabs or rentals, can provide repair/rehab estimates ahead of acquisition, and then manage the repairs after purchase.

@Charles Ray - You won't be able to find a good general that you want to pay. The good GC's will end up doing bigger projects or building where they can make more money.

Didn't want to create a new thread. Would rather expand on an ongoing (from the looks of it) conversation.

Preface: I'm a total newb, but wanted to learn a new kind of investing. I did some searching around and found two different "handy men" companies below. Both seem to have good reviews and plenty of pictures of their work. Squared Away has a good rep on Angie's list, for what it's worth. Crews are small, so availability would definitely be a bottleneck.

I have a great guy I use.  None of them are overly cheap, but he's good.  Everyone calls him "T".  If you need a remodel guy, you are welcome to message me for his info.  I've given him 7 homes to do and he's solid.  Just don't take him away from me :)

The only way we were able to work around the lack of GC's here was to just grow to a point where we could hire our own crew.  I wish I had some good advice for you, but it's a problem I was never able to solve.

Hanely-Woods has a good cost vs. value report that can be customized to Oklahoma costs. If you're trying to get a good idea on how much certain repairs will be this guide is great. If you're looking to sell your home, it would be a good idea to look at this blog on Oklahoma's most effective remodels, which will give you a good idea on how much you will recoup when you sell your home.

I understand, A GC is going to cast you about 75.00 per hour, plus his laborers, plus material, plus, depending on what you are doing to the property, Still your best bet is to find a Remodeling Company, they are a little less expensive, and they can get you a material and labor cost, unless you can do it yourself and hire friends and family to help, I'm not sure what your buget is or what you paid for the property,

Thanks for the quick feedback. Perhaps a little more information could help.

Right now the thing that is holding me back is rehab costs, I don't know how to estimate them accurately. My thought was finding a GC who I could work with on the first property or two to get some exposure to the repairs involved and the costs associated. Basically I'm trying to figure out a way to get the information I seek (rehab T&M cost estimate knowledge) without asking for a handout.
