Tulsa flipping: farm area
Hi guys! For those of you that flip and brrrr in the Tulsa market, how big is your farm area? I’ve been reading the J Scott book and it recommends a finite farm area to look for deals. I’m wondering how big that area should be.
Do you look for deals everywhere, or do you stick to one suburb or one part of town?

@Tara Ballenger I Brrr small apartments right now. I have flipped. It is challenging to find a deal that the numbers work on but then resale market is very strong so there are plenty of buyers on the back end. It is very competitive and any listed house that needs work typically sell at numbers that don’t make sense to me.
