Submetering Gas, Electric, Water
Anyone out there have experience submetering for gas, electric, water? I'm looking to do this for a SFR rental (split by first floor and basement) that I own, would love to hear your thoughts on your experience. Did you hire someone that provided the full equipment + install or did you buy the submetering equipment yourself and then just paid for labor to install?
