Online Philadelphia Rental License question

Hi,

I am trying to get a rental license on eclipse for my rental property in philadelphia. I followed the methodology listed in the phila.gov website here - https://www.phila.gov/services...

I got the BIRT and CAL, but when I go to the last step in applying for rental license for my property. It shows I need to make a 20$ payment for Rental Default Application fee" ( fig1 screenshot below). But, I was told there should be 2 fee items totaling $56 ( fig 2 screenshot below) including a "Rental License application fee"

Does anyone know if this is a new process where it asks for the other fee later or if there is something I am missing?
