Hello, im interested In finding off market houses for buyers in Philadelphia. I'm new to Real Estate World no experience!. I need to Find Deals on houses off The market in Philadelphia! but can anyone PLEASE tell what are deals?? and how can i find deals on off market houses in Philadelphia and also do i have to buy anything?? Thank you!
