New Member from Philadelphia

Hello All,

I just recently graduated college in May and have moved into the Philadelphia area (Center City).

I am currently working right in the city and have leased out an apartment with some friends until June of 2017.

Nevertheless, after the lease expires, I am very interesting in House-Hacking a multi-family unit somewhere within the city in which I can walk or bike to work.

If anybody knows of any contacts familiar with the area I would love to speak with them.

@Account Closed My lease is also up in June and I would be interested in house hacking.  I'm in East Falls currently working in CC...@Daniel Flesher I too ride the SRT everyday!

We could partner up and get a quad, you live in one, me the other...and then rehab and rent the other two.
