Agent, property manager referrals: mt airy/gtown/Ucity

Hello BP Philly,

Relative new to BP and looking to start building out my network in Philadelphia. Originally from Philly area, I currently live on the west coast but own a SFH property in Grad hospital and looking to extend my RE portfolio to MFHs.

I'm primarily looking at Mt airy, Germantown, Roxborough and University City and looking for an investor friendly agent very familiar with these markets.
