Hard Money Lender Recommendation
Hi,
Can anyone reccomend a hard money lender near Bucks County, PA? I am currently working on a fix & flip based on a conventional loan, but with a gentelmans agreement to hold for 6 months minimum. I would prefer to hold it for 4 months or less so I am considering hard money. I have strong fico and am bringing ~40% of the total cash required to complete the project. Ideally I would like to build a long term relationship which is why I specified local to Bucks County.
