Hi all. My partner and I would like to invest in luxury condos (<$300k) in downtown Philadelphia, and we are looking for a real estate agent to show us around- any recommendations? We are based in NYC, so weekends would be ideal, but Mondays and Tuesdays might also work. Would greatly appreciate any leads!
