Hi I'm new in BP. Hoping to get some advices and suggestions from experiences investors in philadelphia. Im looking to start real estate portfolio in Philadelphia in and around 19111 areas. Also actively looking for property management company to help me managing it. If anyone knows a good company please let me know. Thank you!
