22 year old that needs guidance!

How’s it going! I’m a 22 year old in Philadelphia, looking to get into wholesaling, but I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been doing research, looking at pros and cons, as well successful and unsuccessful stories. The toughest part for me though is where do I begin? Who do I talk to? What meetings should I attend to! Any guidance is helpful! Thank you!
