How is Brookhaven for Rentals?

I'm an out of state investor.  I was initially looking at buying a rental property near Pittsburgh, primarily because I was going to be able to do it all through Roofstock which was going to make the process a bit easier.  However I was looking at properties around Philadelphia and found one that looks like a really good deal in Brookhaven.  Can anyone let give me an idea of how that area is for rentals?  I looked at the crime/school stats for the area and it looks pretty good but just wanted to get a sense of what others think.

Brookhaven definitely has promise for buy and hold. Lot of folks I know focus on Hilltop condos and Cambridge Square, but there is also decent inventory outside of those spaces. Parkside borough can be tough with Inspections I have anecdotally heard, but Brookhaven itself I have not heard the same story.

There has been quite a bit of economic activity in Brookhaven with the newer shopping centers, Aldi etc. Still not great public transit options compared to the rest of Delaware county but overall not bad. A few nearby colleges help as well and definitely less retail homeowner competition than nearby Media and Aston in my opinion.
