The Port Richmond Neighborhood in Philly

Hello All,

I am looking to buy my first rental property possibly in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philly. I wanted to see if there is anyone out there that has invested/bought a rental property in the Port Richmond area. How has been your experience there? Did you have trouble renting out your property? Any areas or streets to avoid? Any insight on the neighborhood would be great.
