New to Philly Investing. Ready to Go

Good afternoon BP,

I know its tough right now to really do meetups but I am looking to network, whether its virtually or in person. I am new to Philly but I've done a ton of research and I am ready to start BRRRR on Single families and small multifamilies. I have properties in Milwaukee, Memphis, NYC and New Mexico and sold a couple in Florida and North Carolina and Philly attracts me for the potential for strong ARVs in some areas as well as cashflow. I need to establish a team here. Contractors (especially contractors), property managers, agents etc. If anyone knows of any local meetups, I'd love to drive in from NYC and meet people and talk.

Look forward to hearing from everyone,

T.C.

Hi Tim. Welcome to Philadelphia real estate investment network! I'm a real estate consultant and have moved a lot of properties in this area. I would say Philly market is hot now despite the pandemic. Constructions are everywhere and the city is transforming. There is a lot of room for your investment to appreciate. It also depends on your strategy (flip/rental) and budget but overall, Philly is still a good place to invest given how diverse it is. You can pick up a very expensive property and a super cheap one. Again, I'm local and familiar to this area, so let me know how I can help to build your portfolio
