Flipping homes in Philadelphia
Hi Everyone. I am looking for advice on how to find a good hard money lender. I want to start flipping houses but obviously I need funding. I have family in the construction business so I already have trustworthy contractors to use. I don't want to go through a bank, because that takes way too long. Also any other advice on flipping in Philly is appreciated.
