I Have A Few Questions
How do I find buyer's in my city (Philly) that's interested in a certain area?
If the city owns an abandon/distress property can you still wholesale it?
Also, I have a credit line for 3k and if I spend 7k before 9/22 I will get these points, how should I go about spending that money?
Lastly, I want to get into Apartment Airbnb, can I get some advice on that. Do you think I should figure out how to use the line of credit for the airbnb funds, and if so, how would that work?
