Looking for a handyman South Park area
Hi guys, I have a tenant on one side of a duplex in South Park who's indicated that when it rains, she has water coming through the back door and now it seems some tiles may be coming up on the floor inside the door area as well. The person I would normally use is booked out about 6 weeks, and I think this may be something that needs to be addressed very soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent, friendly, and fair/reasonably priced handyman (or contractor) who could help with this? It could just be weatherstripping for the door or could be something more, not sure....I'm out of state until I move back to Pgh. Thank you so much!!
