I want to Flip my First Property

Hi everyone,

I'm just like you when I hear about how much money I can make from flipping houses. I'm looking for any advice, suggestions, do's and don'ts for flipping your first property.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I don't have tens of thousands of dollars laying around that I can put towards an initial investment :)
