Looking for Private Investor
I am looking for a private investor in the Pittsburgh area for a for sale by owner property. The property is located directly beside my home outside of Washington. It sets on 1 acre and does need some work. The price is 45k. I am looking to borrow 30k (I have 20 cash) to cover the rest of the price plus all fees, then rehab and then plan to refinance. Never done this before so looking for someone to work with me in an honest manner. My wife and I have good Jobs and credit scores above 800.
