Anyone know of a good real estate lawyer in the Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley area? I got someone whose house was foreclosed on 2 months back in Bethlehem, PA. Is there an redemption period in Bethlehem? How feasible is it if I provide him the funds to get the property back, and have him sell it to me? He will be out less money this way and I get a rental for a good price.
