Since Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf reopened the Real Estate market our area has seen a greater increase in renters, home buyers, and investors from the New York and New Jersey area. Pennsylvania can be very different when it comes to real estate then our neighboring states. Example New Jersey requires a 3 Day right of rescission or attorney review period in all of their contracts which is different from PA which does not require this contingency. It can be negotiated into a contract easily with an addendum but does not need to happen.
