Does a local PM or agent want to list my rental on the MLS? I would do all the heavy lifting. You can even put my contact number on it if you wish. I want the greater exposure than an MLS listing will bring. You could make a few bucks and I would be appreciative. I do intend to show it, write the lease, and manage it. Easy-peazy. $1995 per month, Oak Terrace Preserve.
