Hey everybody,

I've been interested for a while in investing here where I live in Chas (going on 3 yrs here). I worked for  about a year in RE as a licensed agent but no longer have an active license so I have some idea of how this industry works but never did any investing. I've listened to a few podcasts here, read a couple basic RE investing books and feeling a little overwhelmed and not really sure where to start . I'm mainly interested in buy and hold properties for long term investment and maybe a flip or two a year for fast cash. Also interested in alternative sources of financing like investors, private money lenders, etc, etc. Anyway, looking for any advice, recommendations and meeting people thru here for any help! Thanks!!
