New to the Area
Hi everyone! I just moved the the Charleston area. I am looking to purchase a home and do a little bit of house hacking in the process. Either purchasing a single family and renting out rooms, or a duplex and renting out the other unit (it seems as if there are very few duplexes in the Charleston area). I am very new to this, and this purchase will be my first real estate investment. Could anyone refer me to a good realtor?
