Berkeley county zoning and planning department
Does anyone have any experience with BC Zoning? I am looking at a property that is zoned incorrectly and would need to get zoning changed for deal to work.
Is the department easy to work with? How do they view applications to change zoning (tendency to DENY vs consider APPROVAL?). Any insight will help
(I typically avoid deals requiring zoning changes, but am willing to possibly consider this one). Thanks a million!
