Rent by the room property management

Anybody know of a property manager that would manage a rent by the room situation?

Also any thoughts on how to figure out rents for these situations?

Most PM's wont do this bc usually the renters are low quality. The amount of work that would go into managing this place would be too difficult and time-consuming. Just go with a multifamily property.
