Downtown or Midtown area rentals!!!
What’s up guys I’m looking for any gems in the downtown area that could possibly be well suited as short term rentals for hosts like HomeAway or Airbnb. This includes traditional dwellings, duplexes, and apartments/condos. Even a point in the right direction would help and be greatly appreciated. The idea came from being a guest at a few AirBnbs in LA, and I like the idea as opposed to screening tenants and chasing down rent. Any suggestions on location or in general?
