Does anyone have experience working with CrestCore Realty in Memp

Hi BP community, I'm fairly new to BP and am looking at expanding my portfolio to Memphis. I've been referred to Dean Harris over at CrestCore realty. Rather than just doing Turnkey, he acts as the agent and the contractor and can turn the property over to the PM team at CrestCore for Mgmt. Apparently, he can help individuals utilize the concepts of the BRRRR strategy to expand their portfolio more quickly. Has anyone ever worked with Dean and/or CrestCore that can give me any insight to their company from an investors' perspective?

The BRRR strategy is difficult to do as I see you are most likely looking for the same houses as everyone else including turnkey providers. One benefit by working with @Dean Harris is he has the ability to bring you off market properties for consideration and not just limited to homes listed on the MLS. You might want to check with him and make sure you understand his program along with any fees that might be associated with his program.
